HOW TO REGISTER: Only e-mailed registrations will be accepted*
Step 1 - Download the Appropriate Registration Form from link above.
Step 2 - Fill out the Registration Form completely
We suggest you save the form first. After completely filling out the form, save it again under the participant or group name.
Step 3 - E-mail the completed form as an attachment to [email protected]. In the subject line of the e-mail please list the name of individual or group. PLEASE SUBMIT IN .PDF or .DOC FILE FORMAT.
Step 4 - You will be emailed a copy of your parade number which is to be print by you and is to be worn or displayed on the left side of your costume or vehicle. (If you do not receive an email from us within 1 week. Please, send us another email)
